Using Our Website
- You must be 18 or over to place an order, become a member or play in the arcade.
- Keep your account details accurate and your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- Do not use G3M for anything illegal, abusive or misleading. We may remove content, or suspend or close an account, that breaks these terms.
- We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
Orders & Payments
- Prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT where it applies.
- You pay in full at checkout by debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. Payments are handled securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- Your order is accepted when we email you to confirm it.
- If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we will tell you before sending your order, and you can cancel it for a full refund.
Delivery
- We deliver to UK addresses by Royal Mail. Postage is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. If your order has not arrived within 30 days, contact us and we will resend it or refund you.
- Please check your address carefully. If it is wrong, we cannot be responsible for an order sent to the address you gave us.
Your Right to Cancel
- For most things you buy online, you have 14 days to change your mind. Our Refund & Returns Policy explains how to cancel and return an item, and which items cannot be returned.
- Downloads: before you buy a download, we ask you to agree that it is supplied straight away and that you lose your right to cancel once the download starts. A download cannot be bought without that agreement.
- Memberships: see “Memberships” below.
- If something is faulty or not as described, your legal rights apply whatever this page says.
Memberships
- Memberships (Outcast, Illuminate and Ultimate) are paid monthly or yearly by card. They renew automatically, at the same price and on the same date, until you cancel. The price and how often you pay are shown before you pay.
- You can cancel at any time from My Account. Your membership then stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and it does not renew.
- If you change your mind within 14 days of first joining, contact us and we will refund you, less a fair amount for the days you have already used. After that, we do not refund part of a period you have already started.
- If a membership payment is refunded in full, the membership ends at that point.
- New accounts may receive a free trial. No payment is taken for a trial, and it does not turn into a paid membership on its own: when it ends, your account goes back to what it was before.
- If we change a membership’s price, we will email you at least 30 days before the change affects you, so you can cancel first.
- A membership is for you alone. Please do not share your account.
Gift Cards
- A gift card gives you a code worth its value in store credit on g3m.me. It never expires, and you can use part of it now and the rest later.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and member discounts do not apply to buying them.
- Keep your code safe: anyone who has it can use it.
Loyalty Points
- Members earn loyalty points on eligible purchases. How many depends on your membership tier.
- You can use points for a discount at checkout. Points and your member discount together can take at most 30% off an order.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred. Points earned on an order are removed if that order is cancelled or refunded.
Arcade Chips
- G3M Chips are for playing games in the arcade. They have no cash value, and they cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.
Auctions & Member Listings
- Items in member auctions and on the noticeboard are offered by members, not by G3M. When an auction ends, we put the buyer and the seller in touch. The sale is between them, and G3M is not a party to it.
Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
- We are not responsible for losses that could not have been foreseen, or for business losses.
- Otherwise, our liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it.
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit, including your rights when goods are faulty.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The terms that applied when you placed an order apply to that order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are handled by the courts of England & Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
