Senior Web Experience Developer (3D & Interactive)

G3M is building a visually distinct online presence for its games, apps, and tools. Our aesthetic leans toward futuristic, neon, and cyberpunk-inspired visuals, and we want the main g3m.me site to feel like an interactive experience rather than a static brochure.

As Senior Web Experience Developer, you will take the current g3m.me site and push it to the next level. Your focus will be a striking homepage with 3D animations, smooth transitions, and interactive elements that still perform well on real devices. You will implement reusable components and layouts so new game pages, app pages, and store sections can be added quickly. You’ll collaborate with design and 3D artists to integrate models, renders, and motion into the site and may also help evaluate whether we remain on the current platform or migrate part of the stack to WordPress or a similar system if it better fits our long-term needs.

Experienced front-end / full-stack developer with strong skills in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React/Next.js or similar); solid understanding of WebGL / Three.js or related tools to create interactive 3D scenes and animations; comfortable working with CMS platforms such as WordPress or headless CMS solutions; able to take an existing site (e.g. built on Wix or similar) and rebuild or enhance it to a high-polish, animated web experience; good grasp of performance, responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser testing.
