Digital Goods — G3M Chips
G3M Chips are a digital good supplied instantly upon purchase. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you expressly consent to immediate supply when you place your order, and acknowledge that your 14-day right to cancel is waived once chips are credited to your account.
- G3M Chips are non-refundable once credited.
- Chips do not expire and remain in your account indefinitely.
- If you believe a charge was made in error (e.g. duplicate payment or technical failure), contact us within 7 days quoting your order number.
Legal Right to Cancel
You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us of cancellation. You then have a further 14 days to return the items.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition. We may deduct up to 100% of the value if items are damaged beyond repair or show excessive use.
Non-Returnable Items
- Mystery bundle products (due to the nature of the product)
- Personalised or custom items
- Perishable goods
- Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. underwear, earrings)
- Digital downloads and Gift Cards once redeemed
Returns Process
Contact us at geniustreez@gmail.com first to obtain return authorisation. Do not send items back without approval. Return postage is paid by you.
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the authorised return.
- Only the item price is refunded — not original delivery costs or return postage.
- Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Faulty or Wrong Items
Contact us within 30 days at geniustreez@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
- Faulty items: we will repair, replace, or refund.
- Wrong items: we will arrange free return collection and provide a replacement or refund.
