What We Collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, delivery address, email address, and optionally your phone number. When you register an account, we collect your name and email address. When you apply for a job through our site, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), cover letter, and CV.

- To manage your G3M account
- To review your job application
How We Store It
Your data is stored securely on G3M’s self-hosted servers. Only authorised staff can access it.
Data Retention
- Order and transaction data is retained for 7 years as required by UK tax law.
- Account data is deleted upon request, provided no orders are pending.
- Job application data is retained for 90 days if your application is unsuccessful, then permanently deleted.
Your Rights (UK GDPR)
- Request access to your personal data
- Ask us to correct inaccuracies
- Ask us to delete your account once no orders are pending
