Samhaim Ryann goes through trying to figure out why Quinn is so hot and cold towards her she ends up on a whirlwind journey that she was not expecting at all. She has a total shoe and bag addictio Rated 5 out of 5!! Ryann is my kinda girl; she’s smart, witty, sarcastic and has a sharp tongue.

Can she save Sanche They were not a distraction to the star couple nor were they interchangeable or extraneous. Sanchez created characters that are witty not obnoxioussarcastic not annoying and most importantly, the characters were likeable.


When I first started this I was not quite so sure about it, but a couple of chapters in I was hooked. He asks completely uninterested in her as she is practically shoving herself into him.

He seems to enjoy her company but never touches her. She was a very strong charac When I started reading Eve Of Samhain, my first thought was that it reminded me of Twilight. Lisa had me hooked from the very first page.

I couldn’t stop reading this book until the end, and I didn’t really want to stop then. I see the potential for it to become a series thanks to great supporting characters,Ryann’s roommates Jessica and Martha. If you love fantasy books with little spice and spark in it, this is definetely a book for you!

Lisa Sanchez brought a samhaain story to life, full of imagination and action-packed to boot. I love Ryann, and that is SO rare for me to even like a heroine without wanting to do harsh physical damage to her face.

Then Ryann won’t be alone in her water-works at least. The characters are definitely well developed and to me that is what makes a good story.

Some funny quotes i loved and made me laugh out loud: How many times are you going to describe how gosh-darn sexy Quinn and his muscles are? I enjoy their banter, they are both so funny and ev myself as a reader looking forward to when they are together probably as much as they do. Michelle has read 5 books toward her goal of books. Ryann is the type of character who will give you the middle finger verbally and figuratively.

Ryann finds Quinn to be nearly irresistible, but resist she does, for she doesn’t wish to be one of his conquests. I was very pleasantly surprised with this one.

This part of the blurb caught my attention: I wanted this novel, Eve of Samhain, to be a light-hearted romance with fun characters and a kick-ass protagonist. I expect many great things to come from this author and hope to read her most current WIP before it’s published.
